Training and employment

The project aims at integrating unemployed people aged over 29, including permanent disabilities, registered in the Local Labour Offices at the National Employment Agency through employment inclusion in the real sector employer/business or local government institutions by means of training tailored to the individual needs of the workplace and employment subsidies. The project implementation will contribute to facilitate the recruitment of unemployed persons to get another chance to work, new or improved professional knowledge and skills acquired in the workplace, and the acquisition of vocational training (VT) and/or key competence (KC) (if necessary for the particular employer). The accumulation of valuable experience and opportunities for continued employment to all unemployed covered, will contribute for their successful realization of the labor market in the long run. Achieving the objectives and results of the project will be done by implementing the following activities: - Informing the employers about the possibilities of the operation. Recruitment of requests from employers for hiring unemployed persons in enterprises or public institutions. - Determination of representatives from the target groups for inclusion in subsidized employment as well as for inclusion in the acquisition of vocational training and key competence-foreign language and/or digital competence. - Trainings for VT and/or KC 4 "Digital competence" and/or KC 2 "Communication in foreign languages":  Developing and printing vouchers for training.  Provision of vouchers for acquiring professional qualification or KC according to the raised queries of employers.  Realization of training with vouchers. - Employment of the target group for up to 12 months.Information and referral directly to vacancies for members of the target groups for whom the workplace does not require additional training.
