Vouchers for employed

The current proj. proposal provides a chance for employees in Bulgaria who have a contr. of employment in enterprises which are situated outside of the state administration and have average or lower level of education and employed persons over 54 to include courses of prof. qualif. and/or key competences training of foreign language or digital comp-nce. By extending the scope of target groups, conditions will also be created to increase the employability of older workers over the age of 54, providing opp-ies for career development for them. According to Article 5 par. (3) of the Council of the Ministers Decree 280/2015, these provided trainings according this project will be implemented through the provision of vouchers for the persons from the target group with 50 % co-funding from their side.The proj. will be focused on the integr. of some of the most vulnerable groups from the labor market, namely those in working age with secondary or lower educ. and empl. over 54. At the end of the training, the trainees will increase the relevance of their skills according to the actual needs of the business. This will facilitate their adaptation to the conditions and will allow a better career devel-nt. In long term, the proj. provides the prerequisites for continued empl. in the country and improve the quality of life of the particip. enabling them to acquire new or improve their prof. knowl-e and skills. Achieving the obj-s and results of the proj. will be done by implementing the foll-g activities:- Acc-ng requests from empl-s who want to be incl-d in training for acquiring or enhancing prof-l qualif-s and/or acquire key comp-ce 2 "Foreign lang." or key comp-e 4 "Digital comp.";- Produce and printing of training vouchers;- Provision vouchers for acquiring prof-l qualif. in a prof-n and/or key comp-e 2 "Foreign lang." or key comp. 4 "Digital comp."; - Provision training by vouchers;- Providing empl-t of persons who are directly involved in funded activities implementation.
