"Prepared for a Job"

The project provides stimulating the activity of young people up to 29 years incl., who are neither in education or training nor in employment, and are not registered as unemployed at the Labour Office (members of the group NEET`s) . The project foresees the implementation of activities to identify inactive youth and activate and motivate them to start training or work. The project offer innovative solutions in attracting young people and proceed to be applied multivariate approach to enable youth people. After their registration in the Labour Office it is going to be research an appropriate way of including them in the primary labour market. For achieving this aim, the young people are going to be included it "Ateliers for job searching". They will last for a maximum of five days. With project funds will provide equipment, in order to place workshops throughout the whole country. The main goal through "Ateliers for job searching" is not only to support the resurgence of young people but also to increase their motivation of searching and finding job. The project envisages organizing job fairs, where with the project funds will provide informational materials, halls, transportation for participants and other activities for more effective interaction between employers and job seekers. Planned activities complement and build the measures in support youth employment implemented under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013, Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, National Action Plan for Employment and National plan for implementing the European youth guarantee 2014-2020, and it is expected 10,000 inactive youths to be activated.
