Adult Education for passed literacy courses

This project proposal focuses on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market - unemployed persons over 16 years old, who have primary, lower education or have no education at all. The implementation of the planned activities will contribute for improving chances of active behavior on the labor market of persons from the target group, give them motivation for making efforts to increase their knowledge and skills and providing conditions for acquiring professional qualification. The project will be implemented coordinated, will build on and complement the results achieved under operation "Adult literacy - Phase 1", which will be implemented under OP „Science and education for smart growth 2014-2020” (OP SESG). The project will involve in its activities persons who have already successfully completed literacy courses or courses of utilization of content, provided for studying in classes from pre-secondary education. Achieving the objectives and results of the project will be done by implementing the following activities: • Development of an individual plan and profile of the unemployed and referrals to literacy courses or courses for acquiring content, intended for study in classes from pre-secondary education in operation "Adult literacy - Phase 1" OP SESG 2014-2020; • Updating the individual profile of persons who have successfully completed literacy courses or courses for acquiring content, intended for study in classes from pre-secondary education in order to support the commencement of work and / or inclusion in vocational training; • Professional information and counseling and psychological support; • Preparation and printing of vouchers; • Provide personal vouchers for inclusion in training for attainment of professional qualification or part of the profession; • Participation in job fairs and other activities according to individual needs; • Guidance and support for employment.
