Implementation of flexible forms of employment and training in "Sunshine hollydays" JSC

The project proposal is developed with the purpose of supplying the demand of highly-qualified staff, improving work productivity and the quality of the tourist product of “Mimoza” Hotel, “Golden sands” Resort. The hotel is property of “Sunshine Hollydays” JSC, a current project candidate. Executing the project would allow: 1. Provision of professional and language courses aiming at qualification improvement of 67 unemployed/inactive persons which will be employed from the company to work during the tourist season; 2. Provision of education for the 6 full-time staff members of the hotel with concern of skill improvement and upgrade, according to the employer’s demands. Target group of the project: unemployed and inactive persons; full-time employees of the company-candidate. Aims of the project: improvement of the skill adequacy and job provision for 67 unemployed persons; qualification improvement of 6 staff members of the company; improvement of the workplace quality and stability by applying flexible forms of employment and education. Expected results: gained and improved skills of 73 people in total, according to the candidate’s needs; provided access to occupation for 67 unemployed and inactive persons, included in the project education; created conditions for stability of the workplaces; improved work productivity and quality of the services offered by the company. Project activities: 1. Involvement in education for gaining and upgrading the professional qualifications of 67 unemployed and inactive people and 6 “Sunshine Hollydays” JSC employees.; 2. Involvement in education for Key competence 2 “Communication in foreign languages” of 67 unemployed and inactive people and 6 “Sunshine Hollydays” JSC employees.; 3. Provision of non-subsidized occupation in “Sunshine Hollydays” JSC for 67 unemployed and inactive people, included in the education courses.4. Information and communication activities.; 5. Activities for organization and management of the project.
