Flexible employment and training in Stroyprom

The project proposal offers providing training in construction to improve the adequacy of skills of 10 unemployed and inactive persons of Vidin Municipality. With the accomplishment of the project will be provided through additional qualification training for unemployed / inactive. The training that the applicant will provide to the persons will be to acquire or further training, incl. - part of the profession and key competencies. Periods of lower occupancy will be used to train employees in addition trainees and they will receive incentives in the form of scholarships. Through trainings, project participants can quickly and easily find their next job. The main goals in the project proposal fully correspond to the first two priority pillars of the strategy of HRD OP - exactly, higher and better jobs and reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion. To implement the objectives, the project will go through several stages. On the first stage through documents and interview in person will be selected suitable candidates from those described in the application requirements vulnerable groups. In a later second phase, successful candidates will undergo professional training on specialties in the field of construction (5 of them in "Masonry" and 5 - in "Plaster and putty") as well as training in Key competence 6. There are also further training in which people will go to their needs and qualities. Along with the training of persons to be concluded contracts in part-time. According to the application requirements to the procedure, we will provide employment for at least three months after the end of the project to at least 25% of the persons trained. Thanks to training and employment opportunities we will help inclusion of individuals from target groups in the society.
