Flexible employment and training in Industrialstroy engineering

With the implementation of the project will be provided vocational training and training in key competence in the construction of 10 unemployed / inactive people of Vidin during periods of lower employment in "Industrialstroy Engineering" Ltd. The main task is to achieve a higher and better jobs, reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion and sustainable integration into the labor market of unemployed and inactive people in one of the sectors with seasonal employment. To realize these objectives, we will provide training in the construction industry by providing training for unemployed / inactive from Vidin. Initially people will undergo training in vocational training for the profession "Builder" - 5 specialty "Formwork" and 5 - "Reinforcement and concrete." It is also planned trainings on key competence 6 "Social and civic competences" and subsequent training, which will be specified in the implementation process of the project. After successfully completing the training, participants will be able to quickly and easily find their next job and will receive a certificate of acquired professional qualifications and experience. All persons involved in the training will be included in employment as at least 25% of them will be entered into employment contracts for a minimum of three months after the end of the project. With training and employment opportunities will help inclusion of individuals in a social environment and enhance their knowledge and skills. The implementation of the project will go through several stages: 1. Selection of participants through documents and interview; 2. Successful applicants will be appointed on contracts and will undergo training on specialties in the field of construction and key competence; Trainees will gain new knowledge and key competencies required for future developments in the labor career will be increased their adaptability and competitiveness.
