Possibility of non-subsidized employment, training and scholarships "Multi Bild" Ltd.

"Multi Build" Ltd. is a company with activities other finishing construction activities. In the company activity candidate is observed variable intensity activity during different periods of the year. It is envisaged that the periods with less work to be used by the employer for the training of its employees, in addition learners inactive / unemployed will receive incentives in the form of scholarships for this. Providing flexibility for the company candidate for this procedure - to choose what will be periods in which to train their future employees and which are the periods in which employees can practically apply their newly acquired or improved skills and qualifications will enable in weaker periods of the year "Multi Build" Ltd. to train adequate manpower to use in periods with saturated intensity. Representatives of the target group will provide training and unsubsidized employment of the newly jobs for 10 months under the scheme for provision of grant funding and a minimum of 25% of the newly jobs will be guaranteed employment in the company after the completion of the project within at least three months. Provides 50% of the target group to a specific category of unemployed and / or inactive people aged between 30 and 54 on the provision of quality jobs will be provided vocational training for training and language training for key competence of the target group. The candidate expected to achieve long-term effect on the target group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of the project activities as follows: 1.
