More sustainable employment with training in Enigma 1 Ltd

I. General objectives: - Increasing adequacy of skills of inactive and unemployed persons, consistent with current business needs; - Creating conditions for increasing labour productivity for sustainable employment; - Occupation in more qualified jobs by bridging the gap between supply and demand in the labor market. II. Specific objectives: - create sustainable jobs for the unemployed, inactive and employed - Provide appropriate training to acquire / improve professional qualification and key competences of unemployed and inactive persons - Increasing the number of occupied unemployed and inactive persons between 30 and 54 years - Increasing the number of employed persons with acquired or improved skills and key competencies III. Main activities: 1. Selection of the people in the target group 2. Conducting an entrance test in Key Competence 4 3. Providing prof.training to a part of profession–course 1-Culinary products 4. Providing prof.training to a part of profession–course 2-Serving in hotel 5. Providing training in Key Competence 4-course 3-Work with computers 6. Holding an exam and those who graduate successfully receive a certificate 7. Unsubsidised employment for educated unemployed 8. Subsequent training during employment in KK2-course 4-English 9. Preparation of intermediate and final reports IV. Expected results: 1. Number of selected unemployed participants–8 persons 2. Conducted training for professional qualification–2 courses for 16 persons 3. Conducted training in Key Competence 4–1 course for 16 persons 4. Number of hired unemployed participants–8 persons 5. Conducted advanced training-1 course for 16 persons 6. Number of unemployed participants gained qualification–8 persons 7. Number of unemployed participants trained in Key Competence 4–8 persons 8. Employed persons, improved their qualification-8 persons 9. Trained unemployed and inactive with preserved employment after completion of the project-2 persons
