Professional training implement; Training of specific competences and employment providing in “Da Pietro” ltd.

“Da Pietro” Ltd Project performance plan to train nine own employees to acquire professional and specific competences needed for their work tasks and sixteen more persons of unemployed and inactive group which will provide them unsubsidized employment within the project. The project proposal of “Da Pietro’ Ltd is a combination of activities and measures which have to achieve the introduced purposes – to submit an opportunity to increase adequacy of unemployed and inactive persons` skills consistent with the recents business needs of “Da Pietro” Ltd. The general and specific project purposes will become a fact by the activities implementation: Activity 1: to include the unemployed and inactive persons and engaged persons to acquire professional qualification by the professional direction N 811 – The Hotels, Restaurants and catering; Activity 2: to include unemployed and inactive persons and training engaged people by special competences; Activity 3: to include unemployed and inactive persons in unsubsidised employment of ‘Da Pietro” Ltd; We were distributed the Activities for the project implementation for the period of ten months – in the time: The first month: preparation and realize the election procedure by the training organization and identification of unemployed people; The second-seventh month: to hold professional education The seventh-ninth month: to hold the special competences education The tenth month: to provided unsubsidized employment within the project and the project report; The activities realization will achieve the preview request results; As a result of project activities implementation within the procedure is expected the increase adequacy of peoples` skills consistented by the recent “Da Pietro” Ltd needs as well as to create conditions of increase the labor productivity for more stable employment; and to hold more quality work positions as surmount the differences by the supply and demand of labor market.
