"Creating conditions for increasing productivity and sustainable employment through flexible employment opportunities and training in "Terra Tour Service" Ltd."

The project "Creating conditions for increasing labor productivity and sustainable employment through flexible employment opportunities and training in "Terra Tour Service Ltd" aims to provide an opportunity to improve the adequacy of skills of inactive and unemployed, and already employed according to the current needs of the company.  It is envisaged that periods of lower employment be used for employee training. In weaker times of the year Terra Tour Service Ltd. will train adequate manpower to use in periods with saturated intensity. The project will be recruited 95 unemployed or inactive persons who will be given the opportunity to obtain a professional qualification in the following professions "Steward", Cook, Bartender / waiter. "The training will be conducted by trainees will be employed part-time . In addition, students of the group of inactive and unemployed people will receive incentives in the form of scholarships. After a period of training will be provided unsubsidised employment in these positions "Steward", "Cook", "Assistant Cook" "Bartender" and "Waiter." The 25 employees in the company's employees will be given training in key competence 4 "Communication in foreign languages." The 120 members of the two target groups (unemployed / inactive and employed) will provide training in key competence 6 "Social and civic competences". A project management and information and publicity will be organised.
