"HOLIDAY SCHEMES FOR EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING"

The overall project objective is to increase labor productivity and create sustainable employment in "ELBRUS HOLIDAYS" Ltd. through: - Creating quality jobs in the company by improving the qualifications and skills of the employees; - Professional training for unemployed and inactive persons in the region and their subsequent employment. The project will implement flexible training schemes and provide employment for 24 of its employees and 24 unemployed / inactive persons aged 30 to 54. For current employees: + Staff employed in the Kitchen: vocational course "Cook - Production of culinary products and beverages" and two courses in Key Competence 2 - "Communication in foreign languages" and four in "Digital competence"; + Staff employed in the Restaurant / Lobby: vocational course "Restauranteur - Production and service in catering and entertainment" and one course in Key Competence 4 - "Digital competence". For unemployed / inactive persons aged 30 to 54: + Introducing new employees in the "Kitchen": two vocational courses "Catering and entertainment worker - Worker in the production of culinary products in catering and entertainment" and "Cook - production of culinary products and beverages" and training course in Key Competence 2 - "Communication in foreign languages"; + Introducing new employees in the Restaurant / Lobby: two vocational courses "Waiter/ Bartender - service in public establishments" and part of the vocational course "Restauranteur - Production and service in restaurants and entertainment", and a course in Key Competence 6 - "Social and civic competences". The training will be subcontracted to an external provider, whose programs will be tailored to the requirements of the employer. 24 unemployed / inactive persons will be included for at least one month in unsubsidised employment during training. 6 persons will be provided with employment after completion of the procedure for a minimum of three months.
