Improvement of the professional capacity in "Pirintourist 2002" Ltd.

The current project proposal foresees increasing the adequacy of the skills of the target groups as they are conformed with the needs of the applicant. This will be achieved through certain measures which are conformed with the objectives and priorities of Operational programme "Human resources 2014-2020". The applicant's activity falls under Sector I "Hotels and restaurants" and therefore it has a variable intensity during the deferent periods of the year. The intensity is highest during the summer months - from June to August as the need of qualified perssonel is especially higher in this time of the year. Because of that, the current project proposal foreseen trainings for unemployed people during the low intensity period and inclusion in non-granted employment during the active tourist season. The people included under the project will receive a three-month training for increasment of the professional qualification and one-month training under Key competenece 2 "Foreign languages communication". After the completion the people will receive the relevant certificates of the achieved knowledge and skills. After the conclusion of the trainings labor contracts will be signed with the people for work during the active tourist season - June-August. After the completion of the project activities 25% of the trained people for three-month period.
