"READY TO WORK"

The overall project objective is to increase labor productivity and create sustainable employment in "LEM COMMERCE" Ltd. through: - Creating quality jobs in the company by improving the qualifications and skills of the employees; - Professional training for unemployed and inactive persons in the region and their subsequent employment. The project will implement flexible training schemes and provide employment of 12 employees and 12 unemployed / inactive persons aged 30 to 54. All 24 individuals will undergo vocational qualification courses: 1. Vocational course "Worker in woodworking - Production of furniture" - 1st level of vocational qualification; 2. Vocational course "Operator in woodworking - Production of furniture" - 2nd level of vocational qualification. These twelve employees will undergo training in Key Competences: 1. KC 4 - "Digital competence". 2. KC 6 - "Social and civic competences". The 12 unemployed / inactive persons aged 30 to 54 will undergo: 1. Training course in Key Competence 2 - "Communication in foreign languages" - English. Upon implementation of the scheme the unemployed/ inactive persons will receive training 6 hours per day and those employed - 4 hours per day. All trainees will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills from an external provider, whose training programs will be tailored to the requirements of the employer. All training will take place outside the work site, which will have additional social impact on the specific area and target group. All 12 members of the target group "unemployed and / or inactive persons" will be included for at least one month in unsubsidized employment. The employer plans to do this during their training to ensure equality between old and new staff. In this case, the new employees will be hired on a 4 hour work day basis. 3 persons will be provided employment after completion of the procedure for a minimum of three months.
