Training and flexible employment opportunitie at "HIDROSTROIMONTAG 92" Ltd.

The project "Training and flexible employment opportunities in" Hidrostroimotag 92 "Ltd" was developed in response to specific needs and problems of unemployed and inactive persons willing and motivation to receive vocational training and employment opportunities in the Construction sector and by another side - to "Hidrostroimontag 92" Ltd in its capacity as employer and an enterprise variable intensity activity. The project has a total order to provide an opportunity to increase the adequacy of the skills of inactive and unemployed persons according to current business needs and specific purpose: 1) create a skilled and competitive personnel in the professional field construction by enhancing the professional qualifications of 30 inactive and unemployed by including them in two trainings for professional qualification of second degree and 2) to provide 30 inactive and unemployed trained flexible employment during high intensity activity "Hidrostroimontag 92" Ltd and Construction sector. The project plans to implement the following activities: 1. recruitment and selection of inactive and unemployed persons for inclusion in the training and employment of the project, 2.Turn training of inactive and unemployed people to acquire and enhance professional qualification and 3. Power-inactive and unemployed persons in unsubsidised jobs to "Hidrostroimontag 92" LTD. As a result of the project: -will raise the adequacy of their skills and gain a testimony of II-nd degree a total of 30 inactive and unemployed people up to 29. and 30 to 54 age by creating conditions for higher labor productivity and increase the attractiveness of enterprises with varying intensity of work; -On 30 unemployed / inactive persons will be provided employment for a period of three months with an option to extend it; -The Minimum of 8 unemployed / inactive people will be guaranteed to maintain employment after the project.
