Competitive advantages of the BM International EOOD labour market by introducing qualified professional labour

BM INTERNATIONAL EOOD is primarily engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings and all kinds of finishing works as insulation, plaster, mortar and installations. Serious challenge to this company and to other companies in the construction business is the lack of qualified staff, which leads to many problems such as the risk of delaying projects and jeopardizing the quality of their performance and turns out a major obstacle to expanding activities.Any support for employers under the BG05M9OP001- 1.019 procedure for "Flexible employment opportunities and training at companies with variable intensity of activity" to improve the adequacy of skills of inactive and unemployed persons in consistency with the current business needs, enhancing labour productivity, creating more sustainable and quality working places by overcoming the mismatch between labour market demand and supply will only contribute to resolve these problems. To this end the activities included in the proposal of the applicant are namely: - Recruit in the training for the professional qualification of the specialty 5820305 in plastering and putty / II DPQ / 582 030 profession "Constructor", from the 582 "Construction" field under LOPTE for 80 unemployed and / or inactive persons, of which 40 aged between 30 and 54 and 40 youths up to 29 years of age; - Include inactive / unemployed persons from the targeted group into non-subsidized employment; - Provide opportunities for the on-going training of 80 persons to acquire professional qualifications within the part-time employment of the persons under the 5820405 "Building Insulation" / II DPQ / profession of Construction Installer from the 582 "Construction" field under LOPTE. - Information and communications activities; - Project Organization and Management.
