Development of professional knowledge and skills at LIVE AGRO EOOD

The main business activities of LIVE AGRO EOOD are the a design and construction of residential buildings and all kinds of finishing works as insulation, plaster, mortar, electrical and plumbing installation systems. A serious challenge facing the company and other firms in the construction industry is the lack of qualified staff, which leads to a number of problems such as the risk of delaying projects and jeopardizing the quality of their performance which is a major obstacle to activity expansion. Any support for employers under the BG05M9OP001- 1.019 procedure for "Flexible employment opportunities and training in companies with variable intensity activity" to improve the adequacy of skills of inactive and unemployed persons in consistency with the current business needs, enhancing labour productivity, creating more sustainable and quality working places by overcoming the mismatch between labour market demand and supply will only contribute to resolve these problems. To this end the activities included in the proposal of the applicant are namely: - Recruit for training for the professional qualification of the specialty 5820312 Roofs / II DPQ / from the 582 professional field of "Construction" in LOPTE (List of Occupations for Professional Training and Education) for 76 unemployed and / or inactive persons of wich 38 aged 30 and 54 / incl. permanently unemployed of low education / persons and 38 persons with secondary or lower education and without profesional qualification; - Inclusion of inactive / unemployed persons from the targeted group into non-subsidized employment; - Provide opportunities for the on-going training of 76 person to acquire professional qualifications within the part-time employment of the persons - Information and communications activities; - Project Organization and Management.
