This project aims to improve the access to employment and the quality of workplace. The present project proposal consists of set of activities that will lead to the achievement of predefined objectives. With its realization the acknowledged employer in the face of " Noihaus" Ltd. will create 40 sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons after conducting trainings for vocational training. The project will be implemented in city with steadily rising unemployment rate – Momin Prohod and will help to reduce unemployment, increase the qualifications of unemployed and inactive persons and creation of new jobs. For the needs of the company will be held two courses for vocational training of 40 unemployed and inactive persons - vocational training course “Internal lining and flooring”, code 5820305 and vocational training course “Internal sewerage system”, code 5820501. After the successful completion of the training 40 new jobs will be created and will be recruited on these jobs trainees from the courses on unsubsidised position with code 93120003 „Worker, construction”. These courses are intended to train persons who subsequent jobs will be engaged for the work process of the company - primarily construction and equipment of bathrooms, installation of internal plumbing systems, flooring and interior finishes. The proposed vocational training courses and subsequent employment are according to the needs of the construction business. With the implementation of the planned activities 40 persons from the most vulnerable groups of unemployed and inactive persons will be integrated in the labour market. Persons involved are divided into the following groups: 32 unemployed or inactive people aged between 30 and 54 years and 8 inactive youths up to 29 years. After a selection persons from the target group will be trained and they will be employed according to the labor legislation.
