Acquisition of skills and opportunities adequate to carrier demand by vocational training at Klars OOD

The applicant’s activities include construction and finishing works such as insulation, plaster, mortar, electrical and plumbing systems. A serious challenge facing the company is the lack of qualified personnel, which prevents the participation as contractor and subcontractor in tenders for building renovation, construction of treatment plants and rehabilitation of sanitary water networks and becomes a major obstacle to activity expansion. Any support for employers under the BG05M9OP001- 1.019 procedure for "Flexible employment opportunities and training in companies with variable intensity of activity" for improving adequacy of skills of the employed and the inactive / unemployed persons in consistency with the current business needs, enhancing labour productivity, creating more sustainable and quality working places by overcoming the mismatch between labour market demand and supply will only contribute to resolve these problems. To this end the activities included in the proposal of the applicant are namely: - Recruit for training in the professional qualification of 5820501 Internal Water and Sanitary Networks, 582 Construction for 20 employees; - Recruit for training to acquire the professional qualification in specialty 5820501 for Internal Water and Sanitary Networks, profession 582050 Fitter of water supply and sewerage networks in the professional field 582 "Construction" for 80 unemployed and / or inactive persons, of which 50 persons aged between 30 and 54 years, 15 young people under 29 years and 15 persons of poor education or no professional qualifications; - Inclusion of inactive / unemployed persons /80/ from the targeted group into non-subsidized employment; - Provide opportunities for further training of part-time employment persons from the target group / 100 / in order to increase vocational training - Information and Communications Activities; - Project Organization and Management.
