The present project proposal consists of a set of activities that will lead to the achievement of predefined objectives. The project will be implemented in town with constantly increasing unemployment trends - Obrochishte, Balchik municipality. Our project proposal consists of a set of activities that will lead to the achievement of pre-set objectives, namely investments in enriching the knowledge and skills of unemployed and inactive persons who will become our employees, investing in staff development.The project will be implemented in an area with constantly increasing unemployment Balcvhik. Simultaneously, the tendency getting harder to find workers who possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform certain work tasks that are essential for their professional realization and for our needs. The company needs trained personnel in tourism for the needs of the hotel complex. The project aims to carry out the selection of the target group to be trained in accordance with the requirements and priorities of hotel RAY. With training provided will enable people to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. Subsequently they will be employed in accordance with labor legislation, which will have the opportunity to present and develop their professional potential. Individuals will gain knowledge, skills and practical experience, which will find a permanent realization of the labor market. In turn we will receive grant support for development by investing in human resources of the company to support and ensure its competitiveness.With the implementation of project activities of 14 persons will be given the opportunity to realize through dynamic, responsible and challenging work in a united team that will provide them with the transition from unemployed and inactive persons an opportunity for future career development.
