The project "Providing flexible learning opportunities and employment" BBB Constraction Control "Ltd. and" Seasonal comfort "Ltd." main objective "To create opportunities for vocational training and employment for unemployed and/or inactive and employed in construction and installation activities. " To achieve the overall objective formulated the following specific objectives: 1. To allow for the formation of new knowledge and skills and professional qualification of a total of 25 unemployed/inactive and 5 employed in the promising area for professional development, such as construction and installation activities. 2. To provide flexible employment and career of 25 unemployed/unemployed persons in the field of construction activities in both companies. These objectives will be achieved by implementing the following activities: 1.Selection unemployed and/or inactive persons and employed for inclusion in training for acquiring professional qualification 2.Conducts training for acquiring professional qualification of selected persons 3. Ensuring a non-subsidized employment to 25 unemployed and/or inactive in the 'BBB Constraction Control"Ltd. and" Seasonal Comfort "Ltd. With the implementation of these actions will achieve the following measurable results: -Two Companies will create new jobs 20 "BBB Constraction Control" LTD and 5 "Seasonal Comfort" Ltd; -Total extended 30 persons of the 2 companies (20 from "BBB Constraction Control" LTD and 5 "Seasonal Comfort" Ltd. of unemployed/inactive and/or young adults and 5 occupied by "Seasonal Comfort" Ltd) will increase their professional qualifications and will gain a testimony of II-nd degree; -On 25 unemployed/inactive persons will be provided employment for a period of two months with an option for extension and. - At least 7 unemployed/inactive people will be guaranteed to maintain employment after the end of the project (5 persons "BBB Constraction Control" LTD and 2 persons in "Seasonal Comfort" Ltd.).
