ZARIA - 2000 SSC was registered in 2000 year and more than 15 years is engaged in "Production of bread and bakery products" with main code of economic activity 10.71. The production base is located in Septemvri city and the production is realized mainly in the local market. The company is socially oriented, with main part of the production done by employees appointed from vulnerable inactive / unemployed groups. ZARIA - 2000 SSC works and develops in a region with high unemployment rate - 17.1 percent, according to data for 2015. With this project the company plans to: 1. Hire a significant number of people from the most vulnerable group - unemployed and inactive persons – giving them an opportunity to acquire a profession and realize in one of the most active sectors of the Bulgarian industry. For this purpose, persons who are unemployed, inactive, from roma minority or without education, aged from 30 to 54 years, will train a profession "Worker in the food industry". This way they will be able to practice actual production activity and gain the necessary experience for sustainable employment. 2. Increase the qualification skills of some of the existing employees, modernize their knowledge, skills and competences and validate the acquired competencies. The completion of the project will contribute to solving the problem with the unemployment and will allow the unemployed to get professional guidance and ensure equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups, which meets the the procedure objectives.
