Training for quality and sustainable employmen in „GEKO INVEST” LTD

Company GEKO INVEST Ltd. was established in 2008. Among the main activities of the company are: construction and finishing works, building insulation, waterproofing, design, interior finishing and so on. Among our partners is one of the leading companies in the construction industry, namely "GP Group" JSC. By implementing this project the company aims by increasing the relevance of the skills of inactive and / or unemployed, and opportunities for professional development and improvement of qualification of already busy in GEKO INVEST Ltd. personnel to improve the quality and sustainability offered jobs. In this sense, this project is aimed at improving the quality of jobs and access to employment through a combination of activities to integrate unemployed and inactive persons seeking employment and career opportunities offered by GEOO INVEST Ltd. Thus, the implementation of project activities will invest in human capital through adequate measures to create jobs with long-term sustainability. For the needs of GEKO INVEST Ltd. within the project provides 9 inactive and / or unemployed to be employed in the form of non-subsidized employment and be involved in training for vocational qualifications. In training for qualifications are expected to be included and 9 already employed at the company party. Ultimately, the implementation of this project will contribute to improving the adaptability of unemployed and inactive persons, and already busy staff of the company will increase the productivity of the workforce and the quality of services provided by GEKO INVEST Ltd. services.
