Sustainable employment in GEKO 16 Ltd

"Geko 16" ltd is a company that carries out construction activities and it is successful at that from its inception to date. The dynamic development of the company leads to the need of increasing its staff, with this project project the management aims to provide a total of 20 new, quality and sustainable jobs for 20 unemployed persons and / or inactive, and to provide appropriate training for their realization. To ensure the quality of jobs will be provided professional training for better qualification of the target group as well as scholarships for the newly unemployed and / or inactive as they train. The new employees will be appointed on a part-time and will have the opportunity to undergo trainings and scholarships for 10 months under the scheme for granting financial assistance. At least 25% of the newly hired will be guaranteed employment in the company after the completion of the project within at least three months. It is envision for at least 50% of the target group of a specific category of unemployed and / or inactive persons aged 30 and '54 applicant expects to achieve long-term effect on the target group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of project activities. The overall objective of the project is to provide an opportunity to improve the adequacy of skills of inactive and unemployed persons in line with current business needs. The project aims to create conditions for increasing productivity to a more sustainable employment and occupation of jobs by bridging the gap between supply and demand in the labor market. The company will be give chance to work and traine for work motivated people to establish themselves as valuable footage. The project implementation will lead not only to the inclusion of unemployed and inactive persons in employment, but also to their long-term employment and improving professional and qualities.
