New opportunity for training, employment and development in INFI GRUP Ltd

The project consists of development activities that will lead to the achievement of pre-set objectives, namely investments in enriching the knowledge and skills of unemployed and inactive persons who will become our employees. The project will be implemented in an area with constantly increasing lack of trained personnel in the field of hotel and restaurant services- region of Bourgas. The trend increasingly difficult to find workers who possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform certain work tasks that are essential for their professional realization, and our needs. The project aims to carry out the selection of the target group to be trained in accordance with the requirements and priorities of small business solicitation mostly seasonal hotel services. With training provided will enable people to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in off peak months for work. Subsequently they will be employed with us, which will have the opportunity to present and develop their professional potential. After implementation of project activities will be guaranteed employment of 4 persons the target group for a further period of at least 3 months. Individuals will gain knowledge, skills and practical experience, which will find a permanent realization of the labor market. In turn we will receive grant support for development by investing in human resources of the company to support and ensure its competitiveness. With the implementation of project activities of 14 persons will be given the opportunity to realize through dynamic, responsible and challenging job that will provide them with the transition from unemployed and inactive persons an opportunity for future career development. For proper and timely implementation will be formed team organization and management, as well as measures to implement publicity and visualization of the project.
