"Opportunity for employment and training in the VENI STROI VARNA LTD"

"Veni Stroy Varna" Ltd. is a company with activities of other finishing works and has a desire by this project to provide a total of 20 high-quality and sustainable jobs, 10 unemployed and / or inactive part-time / 4 hour day / and 10 employed in such regions in Bulgaria. The unemployed and / or inactive persons will be provided initial training, unsubsidized employment and scholarships, and employees will be provided training under the scheme to provide grants and at least 3 members of the newly appointed will be guaranteed employment in the company after completion of the project within at least three months. Provides 50% of the target group to a specific category of unemployed and / or inactive people aged between 30 and 54 on the provision of quality jobs will be provided vocational training to enhance the skills of the target group. The candidate expected to achieve long-term effect on the target group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of project activities. The company will be able to work and training for work motivated people to establish themselves as valuable footage. Given a chance not only for employment, but also gained work experience, they will continue to work as experienced personnel which the company can rely on. This project proposal is developed in time of economic crisis and a period of high unemployment and ensure not only included, but the increase in economic activity and integration of vulnerable groups of persons in the labor market. This is one of the main problems of those persons who project a positive influence. The project "Opportunity for employment and training in the "Veni Stroy Varna" Ltd can solve long-term problems related to difficulties in integrating the unemployed and / or inactive in the labor market and employed persons, which will lead to long-term sustainability.
