Flexible employment and trainings for better work places in "GID-2004"

"GID-2004" Ltd will respond to key challenges in the labor market and identified needs of the enterprise and target groups with present project proposal. On the one side the inconsistency of the workforce with the current needs of the employer and on the other changing intensity of activity and increasing demand for skilled and productive workers in the sewing workshop in Plovdiv. The main objective of the project is to improve the adequacy of skills and competencies of 15 unemployed and inactive and 5 employed by involving them in training and create conditions for increasing productivity and sustainable employment in a sewing factory. The specific objectives are: 1. Providing access to employment and improving social and civic competences of 15 unemployed and inactive persons through 30 hours training, flexible employment in the enterprise and sustainable employment of 25% of them. 2. Adaptation of workers to the change and improve the quality of the workforce of 20 employed persons, including 15 new employees through professional training "Worker in the production of clothing" specialty "Production of clothing" and profession "Operator in the production of footwear and leather-haberdashery products" specialty "Production of leather-haberdashery products". Target group of the project are 20 persons, 15 of them unemployed and inactive persons and 5 employed in the enterprise, who do not have adequate to the needs of the employer skills. It is envisaged conducting an initial training of 15 unemployed and inactive persons in key competence 6 and recruitment of non-subsidized jobs. For a period of 7 months 20 people will move to flexible working time and will engage in further training in 2 new tailoring professions. Implementation period of the project is 12 months. Throughout the period the rules for informing the publicity will be followed, to highlight the contribution of the European Union, through the HRD OP for implementation of activities.
