Training for quality and sustainable employment.

"Perla Tourist Invest" EAD is a specialized company offering hospitality, restaurant and tour services. The company manages several hotel complexes in which annually welcomes visitors from several countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria and others. Downtown hotels, Pearl Beach 1 Pearl Beach 2, Perla Sun Park and Perla Royal classified with four stars until 3 Pearl Beach and Pearl Plaza are stellar. By implementing this project the company aims by increasing the relevance of the skills of inactive /unemployed, and opportunities for professional development and improvement of qualification of already busy in "Pearl Tourist Invest" JSC personnel to improve the sustainability of the jobs offered. In this sense, this project is aimed at improving the quality of jobs and access to employment through a combination of activities to integrate unemployed and inactive persons seeking employment and career opportunities offered by "Pearl Tourist Invest" JSC. Thus, the implementation of project activities will invest in human capital through adequate measures for long-term sustainability of jobs. For the needs of "Perla Tourist Invest" EAD within the project provides 100 pcs. inactive /unemployed to be included in training for vocational qualifications and key competences and be employed in the form of non-subsidized employment project. On the other hand 20 pcs. already employed persons in the company will be included in training for acquisition of key competencies and enhance the professional qualifications of ten of those parties. Ultimately, the implementation of this project will contribute to improving the adaptability of unemployed and inactive persons, and already busy staff of the company will increase the productivity of the workforce and the quality of services provided by "Perla Tourist Invest" EAD services.
