Overcoming the challenges of the labor market by increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees in Arco Real Estates Ltd

A major labor market challenge formulated in the context of the 9th PA of the European Strategy for the Development of the Danube Region and Europe 2020 is the exceptional need to provide training and education that responds to the demand on the labor market. That is why the current project envisages the most necessary training for the employees of the applicant company, given the scope of the company, which are pledged to meet the needs of the employees. Arco Imoti EOOD has an internal company policy, oriented to support the achievement of the goals set in the national and European strategic documents. Investments in the HR of an enterprise increase its competitiveness on the market and, as a consequence, its employees' earnings, which contributes to the achievement of the main objective set out in the National Strategic Reference Framework. Financing the following project activities will create better jobs and contribute to competitive performance. The present proposal provides for training in professional qualification and key competencies for the employees to invest in the acquisition of new knowledge and skills and to promote the validation of the life-long learning practice in order to achieve their professional realization throughout the active working life . The project proposal provides access to quality training, thereby guaranteeing everyone's full participation in society and the right to decent work and remuneration. It is particularly important for the applicant that the project grant is 100%, as it is the main activity in the planning of the EU, where under other regulations and programs no 100% funding is foreseen. Through the HRD OP 2014-2020 and the support of the ESF, the activities envisaged in this project will increase the company's competitiveness, its turnover and will lead to the possibility of opening new jobs.
