Sustainable employment through investment in the human capital of Ghost Ltd.

The project proposal has been developed in the context of the objectives and objectives of the EUROPE 2020 Strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. The project has contributed to the regional economy by offering a quality tourism product as a result of knowledge-based interventions. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on both direct and indirect beneficiaries, attracted stakeholders, employers from the restaurant and tourism sectors and beyond, the community, etc. in a local and regional aspect. The impact is on understanding the principles of lifelong learning and the professional development of staff by acquiring new knowledge and skills. The project proposal also corresponds to one of the main objectives of OPHRD - to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing productivity, access to quality education and lifelong learning, and Enhancing social inclusion. The project activities meet the specific needs for increasing the capacity of the personnel employed and will contribute to solving this problem at the company level, respectively at local and regional level. To support this measure, activities will mainly be carried out in the field of: improving the educational level of the workforce, creating conditions for continuous vocational training. In this measure activities are planned which are specifically focused on the adaptability and skills of the personnel employed in the company, namely: creating conditions for continuous vocational training in order to increase the adaptability of the workforce to the needs of the economy and the investment process. Through ESF support, the activities set out in this project will increase the competitiveness of the company and will lead to the possibility of opening new jobs.
