Increasing the competitiveness of Brand Management Ltd. through training staff

Through the HRD OP 2014-2020 and the support of the ESF, the present project aims at achieving sustainable employment, increasing the adaptability and competitiveness of the employees of Brand Management EOOD through active development and improvement of their professional and key skills . The project will contribute to providing a flexible and skilled workforce able to meet the challenges both in the dynamically developing market in Bulgaria and in the priorities of Europe 2020 and priority area 9 of the European Strategy for the Development of the Danube Region. By promoting the results achieved, the project proposal will encourage investment in human capital and promote the practice of lifelong learning. Human capital is the most important for the development and competitiveness of each company. The ambition of implementing the best practices and the highest standards for customer information services, which implies continuous development, training and improvement, is part of the company's plans. Brand Management EOOD operates in the hotel service sector, which is dynamically developing, where workers need additional and / or follow-up training. The management of the company places the following activities for the realization of this project: - Improvement of the professional qualification of 32 persons, through training for part of a profession for a third qualification degree; - Acquisition of key competencies of 32 employees of the applicant company; - Raising awareness and attracting the attention of employers in the country to the positive effect of investments in the capacity of the employees; - Organization and successful management of project activities. The successful implementation of the planned activities relies on the financial support of the ESF through the "Employee Training" procedure under OP "Human Resources Development".
