"Higher qualification - a key factor for increasing efficiency and competence - a guarantor of sustainable professional realization"

The project "Higher qualification-a key factor for increasing efficiency and competence-a guarantor of sustainable professional realization" is aimed at training in the subject Business Administration and English language key competence of employed persons working under labor agreements at NASI EOOD, Multiprofile Hospital for Active Medical Treatment-Elin Pelin EOOD and Multiprofile Hospital for Active Medical Treatment-Svoge EOOD, and wishing to increase their skills and competencies.NASI EOOD is a Vocational Training Center licensed by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training/License№200312071/and having 25 years of extensive experience in vocational education and key competence training.Through highly qualified lecturers, it will provide the target group with effective training that fully covers the needs of the employer in the day-to-day implementation of the activity and working process.It will provide quality training, covering all the necessary educative materials, as well as excellent equipment that fully complies with the State Educational Standards(SES) The following activities will be implemented in relation to the Project realization: Activity1-Providing training for the acquisition of the third degree of professional qualification in the profession Office Manager, specialty Business Administration Activity2-Providing training for the acquisition of the Key Competence 2 in "Foreign Language Communication"-English Language-three levels of one hundred teaching hours each,according to the European Qualifications Framework, the levels will be determined after completing an entry test by the learners The above listed activities are aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of employed persons, which guarantees their sustainable employment and increased career development opportunities.Employers will rely on a competent human resource on the grounds of increased skill adequacy,according to the current needs in the field of their activity
