Training for employees in TANO - NIKOLAY TRAILOV

"TANO - Nikolay Trailov" is a stable and well-established enterprise in Haskovo region. The company manages restaurants and fast food restaurants. "TANO - Nicholas Trailov" plans to expand its operations by starting to produce of bakery and confectionery. The employees of the enterprise do not have the skills and the qualifications to handle the implementation of the new activities. The project proposal will satisfy the needs of the enterprise of trained employees who successfully tackle the new challenge. The rapid penetration of new information and communication technologies, also raise the issue of the staff's ability to face upcoming changes. In this regard, the requirements of "TANO - Nikolay Trailov" to the staff in terms of skills to work with new technologies and knowledge of foreign languages. The project implementation will benefit individual employees who regardless of their age and formal education received, will have the opportunity to realize their full potential, as well as the full potential of "TANO - Nikolay Trailov", who is a user of this resource. As a result of the implementation of this project, the skills of the employees will be line with the new needs of the enterprise, this will increase their labor productivity and create conditions for sustainable employment. The target group of the project proposal includes employees at TANO - Nikolay Trailov - 57 employees, out of which 17 employed over 54 years and 54 people with secondary education. The activities that will be implemented under the project are: Activity 1. Professional training for acquiring professional qualification of employees in "TANO - Nicholas Trailov" Activity 2. Training for key competencies of employees in " TANO - Nikolay Trailov ", Under the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages", Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence"
