Sustainable employment through training of employees in Nactime Ltd.

I. General Objectives:  Increasing the adequacy of the skills of employees, in accordance with current business needs;  Creating conditions for increasing labor productivity and for more sustainable employment;  Occupating better jobs by increasing the ability of employees to meet rapidly changing labor market. II. Specific objectives:  Creating sustainable jobs for employees;  Providing appropriate training to acquire / improve professional qualifications and key competencies of employees;  Increasing the number of employees with acquired or improved qualifications and key competencies. III. Main activities to achieve the objectives: 1. Selection of the persons in the target group. 2. Entrance test for Key Competence 2 - English. 3. Professional training in a part of profession in 2 SPC - course 1 - Economic Information Assurance. 4. Professional training in a part of profession in 1 SPC - course 2 - Computer operator. 5. Training in KC2 - course 3 - English. 6. Applying an exam and issuing documents to successful graduates. 7. Preparation of interim and final reports. IV. Results to achieve through planned activities: 1. Selected employees - 20 persons. 2. Conducted vocational training - 2 courses for 20 persons. 3. Conducted training in KC2 -1 course for 18 persons. 4. Employees, improved their qualification - 20 persons. 5. Employees, received training and skills in KC2 - 18 persons. 6. Trained employees with reserved employment after completion of the project - 15 persons.
