Training and development for efficient employees

The "Training and Development for Effective Employees" project aims to increase the level of qualification and employment, by acquiring new professional and key competencies, in line with the increased labor market requirements and responding to the strategy of “BILD ENGINEERING V.V. R." Ltd. for continued investment in the development of human capital. In the construction sector, negative trends are still being triggered by a collapse in the property market and a reduction in consumer demand, which in turn puts companies that restrict their investments in staff upgrading activities in an unfavorable situation. The impact of this is particularly strong for ordinary employees who do not have the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to meet the needs of the sector, which in turn leads to lower motivation and attitude to work. In response to these processes and in order to counteract them, 30 employees of the company will be trained within the project in the following fields: Industries, Formworks and Basic and finishing works, as well as key competences "Communication of foreign Languages - English ". Through the implementation of the planned activities, the personnel qualification will be improved and an opportunity for increasing their working capacity will be improved. Due to the specifics of the sector, a large number of employees either have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4 or fall into the age category of over 54. They often lack the required qualifications and therefore training will mainly target those employees. We expect at least half of the learners to be in these categories. In this way, they will have the opportunity to acquire important and key competencies directly related to their day-to-day work and core business activities that will ensure their greater flexibility and adaptability.
