Training of employees working in "BALKAN CENTER DIPLOMAT" LTD in the field of hotel management in order to increase their abilities to adapt to changes in the labor market

The project proposal is fully focused and aims to increase the ability of the employees of "BALKAN CENTER DIPLOMAT" LTD to develop skills to meet the dynamics of the current labor market pace related to the rapid changes due to globalization, the current needs of the business, And information changes, the aging of the population and others. The project is aimed at providing training for the employees in the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The training will match the needs of the employer and the company's business as well as the current needs of the hospitality business. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Skills to work in the field of tourism. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training for improving the professional qualification for part of the profession "Organizer of tourist agent activity"; -Providing training to acquire KC2 "Communication in Foreign Languages"; -Information and communication; -Organization and project management. The activities are for training and equal opportunities of representatives of the project target group - 90 employees. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal, increasing the ability of the employed to meet the changes in the labor market, improving the quality of the workforce and their competitiveness. With the implementation of the activities, the planned results will be achieved: - increased adequacy of the work skills of the employed; - increased productivity of labor; - creating conditions for better jobs and sustainable employment.
