Ìmproving the educational and professional level of the employees at "Iskra-95" OOD, Montana

This project proposal's aim is increasing the professional qualification and acquiring key competencies of the employees in "Iskra - 95" OOD, Montana. This fully meets the priorities of the HRD Program 2014-2020, namely: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups, updating and modernizing knowledge, skills and competencies of the workforce. In the company "Iskra - 95" OOD, Montana there are 40 employees and 2 self-employed persons. To increase their educational level and professional and key competencies, the following trainings will be provided: 1. Training of 25 employees for the profession "Operator in production of clothing" - code 542050, specialty "Manufacture of wearing apparel" - code 5420501. 2. Training of 5 employees for the profession "Worker in the production of clothing" - code 542090, specialty "Manufacture of clothing" - code 5420901. 3. Training of 10 employees for the profession "Office Manager" - code 346010, specialty "Business Administration" - code 3460101. 4. Training for KC4 - Digital Competence of 30 employees, topic: Working with basic word processing programs and spreadsheets. 5. Training for KC2 - Communication in foreign languages ​​of 10 employees, studying english language. Purpose of the project: Training to increase the professional qualification and increase the ability of the employees of Iskra - 95 OOD to meet the rapid changes in the labor market. Activities and measures to achieve the objective: 1. Conducting trainings to acquire professional qualification. 2. Conducting training to acquire key competencies. 3. Organization and management. 4. Advertising. Planned results: 1. Enhancing the skills of the employees according to the current needs of the company. 2. Increasing labor productivity of workers. 3. Creating conditions for sustainable employment and career development. 4. Getting better jobs.
