New professional qualification and new opportunities at "Aleks-Iv" EOOD

This project proposal's aim is increasing the professional qualification and acquisition of key competencies of the employees in "Aleks-Iv" EOOD, Montana - 9 employees. This is fully in line with the priorities set by the 2014-2020 HRD Program, namely: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups in formal, informal and unofficial terms, updating and modernizing knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as the promotion of flexible learning processes, including through professional orientation and validation of acquired competencies. In company "Aleks-Iv" EOOD, Montana are working 9 people in total. To increase their educational level and professional and key competencies, the following trainings will be provided: 1. Training of 7 employees for a part of profession "Electrical engineering" - code 522010, specialty "Electrical installations" - code 5220109, third DPQ. 2. Training of 2 employees for profession "Office Manager" code 346010, specialty "Business Administration" code 3460101, third DPQ. 3. Training of 9 employees in KC2 - Communication in foreign languages, three-level English language training for 300 hours. Purpose of the project: Training to increase the professional qualification and enhance the ability of the employees in "Aleks-IV" OOD to meet the rapid changes on the labor market. Activities and measures to achieve the objectives: 1. Conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification. 2. Conducting trainings to acquire key competence. 3. Organization and management of the project. 4. Information and publicity of the project. Planned results: 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the current needs of the company. 2. Increasing labor productivity of workers. 3. Creating conditions for sustainable employment and career development. 4. Getting better jobs.
