Trainings for construction workers at "Tsulya"

This project proposal's aim is increasing the professional qualification and acquiring key competencies of the employees (employed and self-employed) in "TSULYA" EOOD, Montana. This fully meets the priorities of the HRD Program 2014-2020, namely: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups in formal, non-formal and informal terms, updating and modernizing the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as promoting flexible learning processes, including through professional orientation and validation of the acquired competencies. In TSULYA EOOD, 17 employees work on a labor contract and one employee is self-employed. To increase their educational level and professional and key competencies, the following trainings will be provided: 1. Training of 18 employees for the profession "Builder" - code 582030, specialty "External veneer and flooring" - code 5820307, ​​second DPQ. 2. Training on KC4 - Digital Competence of 18 employees, topic: Working with basic word processing programs and spreadsheets. Purpose of the project: Training for improving the professional qualification and increasing the ability of the employees of TSULYA EOOD, Montana, to meet the rapid changes on the labor market. Activities and measures to achieve the objectives: 1. Conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification. 2. Conducting training to acquire key competencies. 3. Organization and management activity. 4. Information and communication activities. Planned results: 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the current needs of the company. 2. Increasing labor productivity of workers. 3. Creating conditions for sustainable employment and career development. 4. Getting better jobs.
