Foreign language training in J-Point Ltd.

The implementation of this project will help to be satisfied the need of J-Point Ltd. to increase the foreign language qualification of key employees in the company, where English is becoming a condition for reliability and a high standard of work. The overall objective of the project is to increase labor productivity and job quality and to create conditions for sustainable employment at J-Point Ltd., by enhancing the capabilities of the employees. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: - to improve the foreign language competences of 52 people in the company by conducting Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English; - to increase the company's effectiveness in communication (oral and written) with clients, partners and suppliers by acquiring theoretical and practical English knowledge that will ease their day-to-day work and make it more efficient; - to increase the quality of work and the nature of the services provided by investing in additional qualifications; - to increase the motivation and confidence of the trainees who, as a result of the training, can develop and demonstrate their potential more fully and have a career development. The target group of the project includes 52 employees, 2 - over 54 and 35 with secondary education. The main activities of the project are related to: organizing and conducting of training for the acquisition of key competency 2 "Communication in foreign languages", project organization and management, and activities for information and communication. The expected results are: 52 trained and certified employees with an acquired level of English language and increased motivation to work; Improved competitive positions and increased economic performance of the company in the country and abroad.
