Improvement and security at work

The project "Improvement and Security at Work" of the company "Grand Supporter" Ltd. aims to increase the qualification of the employed personnel through the acquisition of new professional and key competencies in line with the increased labor market requirements and the company's policy of continuing Investing in the development of human capital. The aggravated situation in the private security sector, driven by a market crash and a reduction in consumer demand, puts companies in a disadvantageous situation in a position to restrict their investment in activities to raise the skills of hired personnel. The impact of this circumstance is particularly strong at middle management levels and low-skilled employees. Major areas of concern include lack of good motivation and attitude to work, and lack of knowledge, skills and competencies appropriate to the needs of the sector. In response to these processes and in order to counteract them, fourty employees of the company will be trained within the project in the following directions: Specialty "Physical security of objects" (960 teaching hours), code 8610103 - 40 persons and KK 2 "Foreign Language Communication - English" (300 hours) - 40 persons. Through the implementation of the planned activities, the personnel qualification will be improved and an opportunity for increasing their working capacity will be improved. When identifying learners, we expect at least 50% of them to have completed a lower level of education than ISCED 4 (no higher than average education) or over 54. They will have the opportunity to master important and key Competencies directly related to their day-to-day work and core business activities that will ensure their greater flexibility and adaptability. At the end of the project, it is expected that the staff's suitability for work processes will be improved and that they will be able to perform better their work commitments
