The project idea “Trained we can do more!” aims to increase the professional qualification of the employees in “APEX” Medical Center, “St. Lazar” Hospice and Hospital for Active Treatment “Levski” EOOD. The project will improve the equal access and the opportunity for lifelong learning of all ages and it will update the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce of the partners. The project proposal presents the opportunity for flexible learning process, including such trough career guidance and validation of the acquired competences. Representatives of the target groups will acquire the higher level of professional training in the hospital sector. Higher and Medium Medical Staff will receive Key Competencies No 2 and No 4 - "English Language Training" and "Digital Competencies". Investing in vocational training and key competences guarantees job sustainability and good career prospects. The project shall provide training for people who work in the field of social work and human health. For the purpose of the project, Hospital for active treatment “Levski” and “St. Lazar” Hospice have been involved as partners in a region with high health risks. The management of the project which will be carried out by experienced specialists will ensure the efficient implementation of the project. The expected benefits will be demonstrated during the implementation and the activities will have long-term effect on the target groups as well as in the society in Pleven region in general.
