The rapid pace with which the tourism industry develops determines the need for skilled workers with the knowledge and professional skills needed to meet the growing expectations of tourists. In this respect, the MAIN OBJECTIVE of this project proposal is: Improve the ability of the employees of Mirad Ltd. to meet the rapid changes in the labor market, thus increasing the adequacy of their skills according to the current needs of the business, to increase the productivity of their work and to create Conditions for sustainable employment and respectively the occupation of better jobs. The specific objectives of the project are to invest in the development of human resources in order to enable employees to acquire important professional and key competencies directly related to their day-to-day work and core business, to achieve greater flexibility and internal mobility Of the workforce and promoting the practice of lifelong learning, thus fully responding to the main purpose of this Procedure. The project target group includes 112 persons employed by Mirad Ltd., of which over 50% do not have higher education than average and/or are over 54 years of age. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the following trainings for the acquisition of: • Key Competence - Communication in Foreign Languages - English; • Occupational qualification "Chambermaid" 811030; • Professional qualification by profession "Hospitality Administrator" 811020.
