Empowering and Competitiveness of the Employees in "KORECT - ABC" LTD.

The project proposal is fully fossilized and aims to increase the ability of the employees of CORECT - ABC LTD to develop skills to meet the dynamics of the current labor market pace related to the rapid changes that result from globalization, the current needs of the business, And information changes, an aging population, etc. The project is aimed at providing training for employees in the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The training will be tailored to the needs of the employer, the company's business and the current business needs of the wholesale of hardware and building materials. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting the employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Working skills. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training for improving the professional qualification for part of the profession "Sales Representative"; -Providing training to acquire KC2 "Communication in foreign languages"; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. The activities are for training and equal opportunities of representatives of the project target group - 10 employees. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal, increasing the ability of the employed to meet the changes in the labor market, improving the quality of the workforce and their competitiveness. With the implementation of the activities, the planned results will be achieved: - increased adequacy of the employees' employment skills, taking into account the current needs of the business; - increased productivity of labor; - creating conditions for better jobs and sustainable employment.
