Initiative for the development of human capital

The dynamically changing situation in the construction sector, driven by the state of the economy and consumer demand, puts companies in the industry at a disadvantage, limiting their investments in activities to increase the skills of their employees. At the same time, the collapse of the sector a few years ago forced many construction specialists to retrain or seek professional development abroad. After reviving the industry, it was reported that there are not enough qualified and trained staff on the labor market, which in turn reflects on the quality of the services offered. The impact of this circumstance is particularly strong at middle management levels and low-skilled workers. In an attempt to counter these negative trends, the "Human Capital Development Initiative" project aims to increase the quality and adaptability of the workforce in line with the current needs of the business by providing conditions for the qualification and retraining of the employed and achieving a competitive Productivity in a constantly changing business environment. The activities are aimed at raising the qualification of 88 employees of PIPE SYSTEM JSC in the following fields: Industry, Interior Finishes and Flooring, Internal Water Supply and Sewerage Networks, Basic and Finishing Works and Foreign Language Communication. When identifying trainees, we expect that at least 50% of them have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4 and or are over 54 years of age. Through the implementation of the project will be achieved the improvement of the personnel qualification for better performance of their official commitments and increase their adaptability in accordance with the dynamically changing business environment.
