Increasing the professional qualification and the key competencies of the employees in "PSP - 79" EOOD

This project proposal is aimed at improving the professional qualification and acquisition of key competencies of the employees in "PSP - 79" EOOD, Montana. This fully meets the priorities of the 2014-2020 HRD Program, namely: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups, upgrading and modernizing the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce as well as encouraging flexible learning processes, including through career guidance and validation of acquired competencies. In the company "PSP - 79" EOOD, Montana work a total of 25 people. Project target group - 20 employees. In order to increase their educational level and professional and key competencies, the following trainings will be provided: 1. Training of 10 employees for the profession "Stroitel" - code 582030, specialty "External veneer and flooring" - code 5820307, ​​second DPQ. 2. Training of 10 employees for the profession "Office Manager" - code 346010, specialty: "Business administration" - code 3460101, third DPQ. 2. Training of 20 employees for Key competence 4 - Digital competency, topic: "Working with basic word processing programs and spreadsheets" - 45 study hours. Purpose of the project: Training to increase the professional qualification and increase the ability of the employees in "PSP - 79" EOOD to meet the rapid changes in the labor market - 20 employees. Activities and measures to achieve the objectives: 1. Conduct trainings for acquiring professional qualification. 2. Conduct trainings for acquiring key competencies. 3. Organization and management of the project. 4. Information and publicity of the project. Planned results: 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the actual needs of the company. 2. Increasing labor productivity of workers. 3. Creating conditions for sustainable employment and career development. 4. Opportunities for better job positions.
