"Increasing the labor productivity and the adaptability to the labor market of the employees in "AVTOSTIL" LTD"

The project proposal aims to increase the ability of the employees in AVTOSTYLE LTD. to develop adequate behavior on the labor market related to the rapid changes occurring as a result of globalization, the current needs of the business, the technological changes and others. In particular, the objectives of the project proposal are part of the OP HRD 2014-2020 drive to encourage employers to improve the quality of human capital in their companies through training and creating conditions for sustainable employment. The project is aimed at providing training for the employees in the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The trainings are fully in line with the employer's need, the company's business and the current needs of the auto repair services business. The project is aimed at supporting employees to meet the evolving changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer and the market. The project brings to the fore the investment in knowledge and the acquisition of practical skills, which is a prerequisite for increasing the adaptability, productivity and competitiveness of the employed. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training for the improvement of the professional qualification for some of the professions: "Technician of lifting equipment" and "Sales consultant"; -Providing training to acquire KC4 "Digital Competence"; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. The activities are to include in trainings and equal opportunities representatives of the project target group - 26 persons employed. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal and with their implementation the following results will be achieved: - increased adequacy and job skills; - increased productivity of labor; - created conditions for quality jobs and sustainable employment.
