Competitive labor market advantages for the employees in HEM PLC by providing training

The project proposal has been developed to meet the need for highly qualified staff, increase labor productivity and quality of manufactured products in "HEM" PLC, aiming to increase the ability of the employees in the company to build skills to meet the dynamic changes in the market Of labor. Project target group: 84 employees in the applicant's company. The project is aimed at providing training to employees to acquire or enhance their professional qualifications and training on key competencies. The training will correspond to the needs of the employer, the company's activity and the current needs of the business. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting the employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Working skills. Objectives of the project: increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employed and their ability to meet the changes in the labor market. Expected results: - acquired and improved skills of a total of 84 persons; - increased adequacy of the labor skills of the employees, taking into account the current needs of the applicant and the business; - increased productivity of labor; - creating conditions for better jobs and sustainable employment. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training for enhancing the professional qualification for part of the profession "Small and Medium Business Specialist", specialty "Small and Medium Business"; -Providing training to acquire KC4 "Digital Competence"; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. The activities envisaged are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal and will have a positive impact on the target group, the employer and society as a whole.
