Increasing the competitiveness of E-motiv BG Ltd. by increasing the qualification of the employees

The company is created in 2003, with the main economic activity: web design, computer processing, internet services of all kind, purchasing goods and other items for reselling them in initial, processed or reprocessed type, selling of self- produced goods and other activities not forbidden by the law. The management of the company is fully aware of the fact that the human resource is the most important capital for the enterprise. Having this in mind, Emotive BG Ltd, is constantly working for raising the qualification of its employees. Considering the growing business of the company and the necessity of increasing the qualification of its employees, the management of E-motive BG took the decision to apply for the current procedure. The main objective of the project proposal is raising the qualification of the company’s employees. As a result, the company will raise its competitiveness, which will result in its income growth and raise of the salaries of its employees, from which they will be directly benefited. In order to achieve this objective the following project activities will be implemented: 1.Providing training on increasing of professional qualifications and acquisition of new Qualifications for employed people; 2. Providing training on key competences “Foreign languages communication” and “Digital competence” The total number of the employees who will pass the trainings are 46.
