Sustainable employment by acquiring professional skills and increasing productivity in "Seven foods" LTD

The project proposal has been developed to meet the need for highly qualified staff, increased productivity and quality of products produced by Sevenfoods Ltd., aiming to increase the ability of the employees in the company to build skills to meet the dynamic changes On the labor market. Project target group: 22 employees in the applicant's company. The project is aimed at providing training to employees to acquire or enhance their professional qualifications and training on key competencies. The training will be in line with the employer's needs, the company's business and the current needs of the business in the priority sector - the production of bread and fresh confectionery. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Working skills. Objectives of the project: to increase the adequacy of the skills of the employed and their ability to meet the changes in the labor market. Expected results: - acquired and improved skills of 22 persons in total; - increased adequacy of the labor skills of the employees, taking into account the current needs of the applicant and of the business; - increased productivity of labor; - creating conditions for better jobs and sustainable employment. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training for improving the professional qualification of part of profession "Restaurant", specialization "Catering" -Providing training to acquire KC4 "Digital Competence"; -Information and communication; -Organization and project management. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal and will have a positive impact on the target group, the employer and society as a whole.
